They think of moving from appointment to appointment, telling their stories over and over again. They think of being unheard and disrespected. It’s that much worse for those experiencing disadvantage.
When nearly 70% of Canadians said healthcare needs an overhaul, St. Michael’s listened and launched a $1 billion campaign to reinvent the patient experience. We called it HUMANCARE.
